What the research says
In several clinical studies, regular sessions of red and near-infrared light, two to three times a week over several weeks, were associated with smoother, brighter-looking skin and high participant satisfaction.
These studies used a range of devices and protocols. They describe the state of research, not a guaranteed result with our mask.
